Behind the columns... ![]() ...walls are covered with reliefs depicting Pharaoh and the gods in various ritual situations. ![]() Outside the Hypostyle Hall, between the 3rd and 4th Pylons, the beautiful pillars with the two heraldic symbols of Upper (Lotus) and Lower (Papyrus) Egypt, built by Thutmose III, still stands. ![]() The lotus of Upper Egypt ![]() The papyrus of Lower Egypt. ![]() Above a doorway this lovely relief.
