Trip to Egypt, April 2005
Edfu 4:
Temple and Town.
A walk around outside the temple reveals these spouts high up on the wall.
Close by; Pharaoh between his two tutelary goddesses, Nekhbet and Wadjet.
Heading for the exit, the visit is over for this time. The modern houses are not far away.
On our way back, we pass the Mamissi which is located outside the First Pylons.
Note the Bes figures on top of the pillars.
